Private Agility Lessons
Private Agility lessons are offered based on an instructor's availability. During the registration process, you can let us know if there is something in particular you would like to work on. You don't need to be a Run Wild student and there are no prerequisites for taking a private lesson. Choose from 30-, 60- or 90-minute lessons. You can also share this lesson with a friend or amongst your dogs.

Desiree Snelleman
Desiree has been involved in agility since 2004. She has teaching and coaching credentials from the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences, and also holds a degree in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine from San Diego State University. Desiree gives seminars around the US and internationally. She has enjoyed working in variety of dog sports with many different breeds from Terriers, Malamutes, and Bloodhounds to Border Collies and Shelties.

Hana Spitz
With more than a decade of dog training and communication experience, Hana very quickly picked up international-style agility with her first Border Collie, Seriee, in 2020. They have come together nicely as a team, with several podiums at national competitions. In 2026, they were chosen to be on the wildcard team at the World Agility Open in the Netherlands.

Jordan Biggs
In addition to being a highly skilled competitor, Jordan is admired for her smooth handling and her enthusiastic, engaging, and creative approach to coaching others. Jordan’s classes are inspired by international competitors Silvia Trkman, Justine Davenport, Jessica Patterson, Desiree Snellman, and Tammy Moody. Learning from all of these amazing competitors has given Jordan a very good eye for the sport of agility and she strives to continue learning more and offering the best to her students.

Dominique Hellmich
Dominique is a fun-loving and engaging instructor. She teaches a variety of classes at Run Wild but her main passion is agility. She had great success in AKC with her Lab, Sophie, and has been on many big-show podiums with her Border Collie, Nova and Coolie, Cinder. Most recently, for 2026, she and her young Mudi, Chirp, were on the short list for the Agility World Championships Team selection.

Karen Beattie Massey
Karen has been involved in dog agility since 2002 with Maya, her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Maya became the top AKC Agility Cavalier for several years and earned 7 MACH titles, as well as obedience and rally titles. In addition to being a Certified Dog Training Professional she is an American Kennel Club Breeder of Merit (Pumi) and has been a member of the European Open Agility team the World Agility Open Team, IFCS World Team, and a finalist in AKC, UKI, and USDAA national events.
