Private Manners Lesson
Get one on one help with basic obedience, manners or reactivity issues. After you register, the instructor will send you some basic preparation material and ask you to fill out a questionnaire. These lessons take place in our Kirbee Academy Training Barn.

Karen Beattie Massey
Karen has been involved in dog agility since 2002 with Maya, her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Maya became the top AKC Agility Cavalier for several years and earned 7 MACH titles, as well as obedience and rally titles. In addition to being a Certified Dog Training Professional she is an American Kennel Club Breeder of Merit (Pumi) and has been a member of the European Open Agility team the World Agility Open Team, IFCS World Team, and a finalist in AKC, UKI, and USDAA national events.

I became interested in learning theory in college. After getting my degrees, I trained my first Rottweiler in obedience, handler protection, tracking, (Schutzhund) and scent work. I became addicted to training dogs! Since then I have competed in rally, agility, fast CAT, and confirmation. I like my classes to be fun for the dog and handler. If they are having fun together, handler and dog will want to work for you!
